The Zumba® program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. A Zumba® class—known as a Zumba® Fitness-Party™—combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Class will take place outside behind back parking lot unless the heat is excessive. Class will meet inside during inclement weather including hot and humid days. Registration is required.
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library Montgomery County.
