A Teen's Guide to Exploring Nonprofits

A brief introduction to help teens start their own nonprofit organizations.
Ever wondered what it actually takes to start a nonprofit or find a resource or organization that aligns with your ideas? In this workshop, you will get a look into how nonprofits work, connect something you care about to a mission, and see how ideas turn into action. No experience needed, just your curiosity and come explore what is possible.
Presented by the Community Education & Alternative Pathways office of Montgomery College.
For Grades 9 to 12.
