Art at the Libary: Yayoi Kusama

Join us for an afternoon of painting pumpkins in the style of Yayoi Kusama.

Come to Olney Library to learn about Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama and paint pumpkins in her distinctive style. This hands-on activity will stimulate your child's creativity and imagination, while helping them develop critical fine motor skills. 

This program is designed for children 6 years old and above. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

We will provide all the materials for this program.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
