A summer program for kids ages 8-12 to discover the art of illustrators!

A summer program for kids ages 8-12 to discover the art of illustrators! Each week will focus on a different illustrator and their unique style. This week, participants will be learning to do beadwork in the style of illustrator Winona Nelson. Attendance is limited to children ages 8 to 12.

We will provide all the materials for this program. This program was funded by the Friends of the Library Montgomery County.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
