Puzzle Race - Adult Summer Reading 2026

How fast can you figure out where to put the pieces? Register for our puzzle race! Sign up with people you know or come and make a team with other puzzlers.
How fast can you fit the pieces together to create a jigsaw masterpiece? Sign up to play on a team. Everyone must register. The fastest team to assemble the puzzle will get first choice of prizes on the table!
Rules of play:
No more than 4 people on a team.
No one touches the puzzle box until the timer is started.
Puzzlers get 2 hours to complete the puzzle. When the puzzle is complete, all members of the team must raise their hands and shout "Finished" or "Done."
The winning team members will receive first choice of prizes on the table (one per person).
All other puzzlers can keep puzzling through the 2 hours with subsequent prizes available per winning team order.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
