Did you know that yoga can help improve your mental health? Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with a free class!
Join us for a yoga class with Tikima Renee! This program is free and open to the public. Participants can attend any or all of the sessions. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel. Registration is required for each session. Classes are open to both teens and adults!
Tikima Renee is a personal trainer and 500-hour RYT who believes strength and stillness are partners. With 10 years of experience and advanced training from Extend Yoga, she creates a mindful, anatomy-focused practice designed to leave you feeling refreshed and powerful.
*Participants will be required to sign a waiver before class begins. Participants under age 18 will also need a parent/guardian signature. The waiver will only need to be signed once.
