Join us to build real-world money skills in this teen workshop on budgeting and credit. Presented by M&T Bank in partnership with the Gaithersburg Financial Empowerment Center, this interactive session covers how to make a budget, understand credit scores and credit reports, and ask smart questions about money. Teens will leave with practical knowledge they can use now and a stronger foundation for future financial decisions.
SSL hours are available through participation and reflection. No registration is required.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
