Join us for Holocaust Rembrance Month as we welcome, Connie Liss, the child of a Holocaust survivor sharing a powerful story of resilience and remembrance.
International Holocaust Remembrance Day Program
Join us for a lecture by Connie Liss, a Gaithersburg resident and child of Holocaust survivor Dina Rosenberg Jacobson. In this event you will hear Dina's powerful story. Dina was born in Libuchora, Poland (now Ukraine) and endured three years in Auschwitz, where she and one brother were the only survivors of their immediate family. This program will be held in the library’s lower-level meeting room and is presented in partnership with the Jewish Community Relations Council. All are welcome.
