Spanish Conversation Group

Join us for an informal and friendly Spanish conversation group! This is an opportunity to practice speaking Spanish with others in a relaxed setting.

Join us for a lively and welcoming Spanish conversation group where you can practice speaking in a relaxed, social setting. Share ideas, explore culture, and build confidence through real conversations. Please note: this is not a formal language course. Participants should have some prior knowledge of Spanish or be actively learning the language. Registration is not required.

This program takes place in the Children's Program Room, on the lower level.

Únete a nuestro animado y acogedor grupo de conversación en español donde puedes practicar hablar en un entorno social y relajado.  Comparte ideas, explora culturas y desarrolla confianza a través de conversaciones reales.  Tenga en cuenta que este no es un curso formal de español.  Se espera que participantes tengan un conocimiento previo del español o estar aprendiendo activamente el idioma.  Registración no es requerida. 

Este programa toma lugar todos los sábados en el Children’s Program Room en la Biblioteca de Germantown.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
