Join us for a special discussion of the 2025 One Maryland One Book selection. Open to ages 12 and up, intergenerational groups encouraged!
Join us in the 3rd floor meeting room for a special, one time, book discussion. We will be discussing Maryland Humanities' 2025 One Maryland One Book (OMOB) selection, Kin: Rooted in Hope by Carole Boston Weatherford with art by Jeffery Boston Weatherford. Light refreshments will be available, no registration required!
Pick up a copy of book from the Circulation Desk at Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library starting November 26th. You can also access the book as an e-book or audiobook on Libby, one of the library's free apps (at this time, the book is not available on Hoopla).
For more on the 2025 OMOB selection, including discussion prompts and related resources, visit MD Humanities' Kin: Rooted in Hope page here.
