Join us to relax, focus, and create during MCPL's Teen Mental Health Week. Make Watercolor Reflections or Gratitude Journals—or design your own mindful project. All supplies provided. For ages 12–18.
Mindfulness meets creativity in this hands-on workshop designed especially for teens. Come relax, focus, and create in a welcoming space filled with art supplies and good energy. You can explore Watercolor Reflections, decorate your own Gratitude Journal, or follow your imagination in a self-directed project that feels right for you.
All materials are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own supplies. No art experience is needed. You set the pace, choose your style, and enjoy an hour of creative calm.
This one-hour workshop invites you to express yourself, share your ideas, and recharge during MCPL's Teen Mental Health Week. Your imagination is the only limit!
