Create your own collage masterpiece that doubles as a bookmark.
With the school semester around the corner, come relax with some arts and crafting!
Join us in the 3rd floor meeting room where we'll be making collages out of old magazines, artbooks, and catalogs. Learn to make tassels from embroidery floss and have your creations laminated, turning your artwork into expressive bookmarks that you can take home and use. Help with cleanup after the event or donate extra art to decorate our teen space as SSL opportunities!
Join us every Wednesday night for activities for teens. There will be a wide variety of activities including movies, gaming, arts & craft, Lo-fi Study sessions, guest speakers, and more! Ask to speak with our Teen Librarians for more detailed information on what's planned each week. Have fun with friends, make new ones, or just hang out. Drop ins welcome, no registration needed! Snacks provided!
