Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at the Olney Library with a morning of stories, songs, and a STEAM craft, all in Spanish!
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Olney Library welcomes Ms. Gaby from the Enrichment Collective to conduct a morning filled with stories, songs, and a STEAM craft, all in Spanish!
Ms. Gaby is from Ecuador where she started her own business. She successfully founded and ran the Humanitos Child Development Center in Ecuador. Since moving the the U.S., Ms. Gaby has worked for over a decade with preschoolers, teaching children Spanish and incorporating STEAM components to boost learning and improve problem-solving and memory skills.
This program is for babies, toddler and preschool-aged children. Adult must accompany children under 8 years of age.
The Enrichment Collective believes in the power of creativity, movement and cultural exploration to inspire young minds. They are a team of expert educators, artists and instructors specializing in music, art, dance, yoga and Spanish enrichment for preschoolers. They bring engaging, hands-on learning experiences directly to preschools and early childhood programs. They are dedicated to Inspiring Creativity and Unlocking Imagination through high quality enrichment programs that nurture confidence, curiosity and self-expression.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
