African American Authors Book Club Discussion: "Kin: Rooted in Hope "

Read books by authors of African, Caribbean, and African American descent. In December, the group will read the One Maryland, One Book selection: Kin: Rooted in Hope by Carole Boston Weatherford.

Join the African American Authors group to read and learn about books by authors of African, Caribbean, and African American descent. This group meets on the 4th Sunday of the month at Germantown Library. This month the group is One Maryland, One Book selection Kin: Rooted in Hope written by Carole Boston Weatherford and illustrated by her son.

This book is available in print, and as an ebook  and eAudiobook format through through Libby/OverDrive.

Limited print copies of this book are available for pick up on the lower level service desk after November 22. This event will take place in Group Meeting Room 5 in the Childrens room, on the lower level.
