Join Montgomery Parks Program Access and the Connie Morella Library's Mr. Joe for stories, songs, and FUN, outdoors in the Caroline Freeland Park, next to the Connie Morella Library! Please bring your own camp chairs, lawn chairs, or blankets to sit on! This FREE all-ages event event invites families to enjoy stories that celebrate mindfulness, emotions, and connection in a welcoming outdoor setting.
In case of rain or extreme heat, program will be moved INDOORS to the Connie Morella Library Meeting Room 1 where space will be limited. Tickets will be distributed at the Information Desk beginning at 10:00am.
This program focuses in-part on Mental Health Awareness Month and includes access to a Sensory Retreat Tent--a quiet calming space designed for anyone who may need a break during the event. So, bring your blankets, relax under the trees, and enjoy a morning of inclusive fun and feel-good stories!
