A yoga program to introduce patrons to Yoga, with a focus and accommodations for those in our community with special needs or IDD.
A yoga class focusing on introducing yoga and some centering activities to our patrons who have special needs or are intellectually or developmentally disabled. After the class will be a half an hour of free time, so bring a bag lunch, drink or just socialize. There will be registration, but registrants can bring a guest who are welcome to participate in yoga or not participate.
Please wear clothes for free and comfortable movement. You are encouraged to bring your own mat, but some will be provided.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
