Join Mr. Lilo for traditional and original songs in Spanish and English.

Lilo Gonzalez, originally from El Salvador, has become the pied piper of children's music in the greater DC area, having spent many years as a music teacher and performer. He is passionate about bringing the love of music to audiences of all ages, fostering creativity in children and exposing them to many cultures. Mr. Lilo is widely acclaimed and sings both original and traditional songs in a variety of upbeat Latin styles such as salsa, danzon, cumbia, merengue, and Zamba. Program geared towards ages 0-8 years.

This program has been generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County. Held in the Meeting Room, near bathrooms.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
