Celebrate Nowruz with Nomad Dancers

Learn about the Persian New Year celebration.

Families are invited to celebrate the Persian New Year, or Nowruz, with a special performance by the Nomad Dancers. Children can learn about the significance of the Haft Seen table and will have an opportunity to join in the dance.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
