Find out how to enrich young children's learning with "The Basics"
The Montgomery County Collaboration Council for Children, Youth, and Families brings people and agencies together to serve the needs of the County's under-18 residents and their families. A representative from the Collaboration Council will be at the Maggie Nightingale Library from 10:30-12 to share information with caregivers about "The Basics", which is a community level initiative designed to improve the cognitive and social-emotional development of children 0-5.
