Join Science Connections to learn about polymers and make snow. Space is limited, registration required. Ages 6-10.

What do plastic, cotton, glue, and protein all have in common? They are all polymers! Polymers are everywhere in our daily lives from plastics to clothes. Spend Saturday with Science Connections as we explore the properties of polymers through chemical reactions. Mix up some fake snow and discover what makes diapers so absorbent. For kids ages 6 and up.  All materials for this program will be provided.  Registration required.  Register online or call 240-773-9550 beginning 3 weeks before the event.  For children ages 6 - 10.  Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
