Lulu Delacre award winning author and illustrator will be here to talk to our teens about the writing process and her road to publishing two young adult novels.
Lulu Delacre is a bilingual author, speaker, and a New York Times Best Selling illustrator. She has written and illustrated numerous bilingual picture books and written two books for young adults: Us, in Progress: Short Stories About Young Latinos, and Alicia Afterimage. She will be discussing her journey as a publisher author and illustrator. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County. This is part of our Teen Advisory Board Meeting.
