Curiosity Cube: Mobile Science Lab

Spark your child's love of science with a visit to the Curiosity Cube!

MilliporeSigma's Curiosity Cube is a retrofitted shipping container that has been transformed into a mobile science lab. It features interactive hands-on science experiments using the latest technology to spark curiosity in the next generation of scientists! Stop by the Cube outside the library anytime between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to try one or all of this year's experiments!

This year's Curiosity Cube experiments focus on the life cycle of a t-shirt. Children and teens can learn about sustainable practices and how we can all contribute to protecting the planet with hands on experiments.

For ages 7 to 14 years old.  Parents/caregivers MUST accompany children under the age of 8 during the program.

Additional parking can be found in the office building next door to the library.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
