Join us to learn about eclipses and to participate in some fun space-themed activities!
Maryland will experience a partial solar eclipse on April 8! Join us at White Oak Library to learn about the eclipse and participate in some space-related activities. Eclipse glasses will be distributed at this program and are limited to one pair per person present. Following the program, eclipse glasses are available on a first come, first served basis and are limited to one pair per person. The library cannot mail or hold eclipse glasses.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
