Traditional Chinese dance, music and crafts.

Join us for a festive day of Chinese folk dancing, music, and arts and crafts celebrating the Lunar New Year.  The Chinese Culture and Community Service Center will be providing all the entertainment and crafting projects.  This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County, MD.
