Online version of the game of telephone. You come up with a phrase and the next person illustrates or draws their interpretation of the prompt that you suggest. It is very easy to learn and anyone can play over the age of 17. It goes around to each person who participates with a signal from the game to draw something based on a phrase or write a phrase based on the drawing. You get to decipher what the previous person drew or wrote. Any number of people can play, but we need a minimum of four people to make it work best.
DIRECTIONS: Once everyone is online, we will post the link for garticphone.com. We will wait for everyone to join and then we will begin. Some people find it easier to use two devices: Use computer for Zoom and a mobile device for the game website. If you just use the computer, you will need to open two windows to see both the game and Zoom; if you prefer, you can just join the game, but you won't hear or be able to participate in any of the interactions.
The event is free. REGISTRATION is required.
