Create your own winter wonderland when you make your own fake snow.

When Mother Nature doesn't give you snow, you can make your own to play with! Come to the Olney Library for a fun-filled afternoon where you learn to make your own fake snow from just a couple household ingredients. Then you can create your own winter wonderland in a wintry diorama.

Registration is required for each participant.

This is a hands-on activity that can get a little messy! All supplies provided. Program is designed for children ages 6 and above.

Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Questions about this program? Contact the branch 240-773-9545.
