This workshop is designed give the audience mild exercises and a non-medical method to reduce knee pain. An added benefit is that the techniques will not only reduce their knee pain, it will also help with reducing hip, back and shoulder pain. The non-medical method presented in this workshop will give men and women a look into other methods to reduce their knee pain besides surgery, drugs and shots.
Renee Moten, brings over a decade of specialized knowledge on knee pain to her practice. She has dedicated her professional career to helping clients eradicate chronic knee pain. As a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist with more than 22,000 hours of one-on-one client work and 10 years of research, Moten has developed a highly effective proprietary system that dramatically increases the quality of life of her clients—by helping them live pain free—and avoid surgery in the process.
