Calling all tweens and teen who love kindness, movement, creativity, stories, and self-expression!
Join yoga teacher Lilach Cohen-Holden as she takes us through yoga, storytelling, and activities with universal values, that will increase balance, flexibility, peace in body & mind, body awareness, self-esteem, focus and being present. At the end of the class we will work on a craft or journaling. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Yoga will meet in the Programming Room.
Registration is required for this program and will open one-week before the program on Saturday, October 7th at 12:30pm.
