Backyard Composting Demonstration Workshop - In-person

Learn how to recycle yard trim such as grass clippings, leaves and garden trimmings using a backyard compost bin. 

Department of Environmental Protection staff will be on-site to demonstrate how to recycle yard trim in your backyard and to answer your questions about backyard composting. Compost bins for Montgomery County, MD residents will be available.
