Basic computer questions answered individually

Bring your basic computer questions for a fifteen minute individual tutoring session.

Come to the library for individual tutoring sessions. Learn basic computer skills such as: 

• Using a mouse and saving a file 
• Navigating the internet and basic searches 
• Setting up and using email 
• Using the Library catalog and online resources 
• Downloading or streaming the library’s e-books, audiobooks, e-magazines, and movies 

Please check in at the Upper Level Information Desk for your 15 minute timeslot. Bring a library card or a temporary login will be provided. Bring all information and devices that you need related to your question, including account logins and passwords.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
