Calling all 6-12 year-olds who love movement, creativity, stories and games! Join yoga teacher Lilach Cohen-Holden as she takes us through storytelling yoga, games and dances with universal values, that will increase balance, flexibility, peace in body & mind, body awareness, self-esteem, focus and being present. At the end of the class we will work on a craft or journalling. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Registration is required for this program and will open one-week ahead of time on April 8th at 3:30pm.
