Join us for this series of Afrofuturist films to celebrate Black History Month at Gaithersburg Library
Montgomery County Public Libraries is celebrating Black History Month by featuring a series of films around the concept of Afrofuturism. Afrofuturism incorporates Black culture and history into storytelling and art around futuristic concepts or the science fiction genre.

Plot Description
Teen Miles Morales becomes the Spider-Man of his universe and must join with five spider-powered individuals from other dimensions to stop a threat for all realities in the ACademy Award winning animated film.
