Sahaja Yoga teaches a unique method of meditation, rooted in ancient spiritual knowledge.
Although the name of program is Sahaja Yoga, it is purely meditation program and does not require any physical exercises. Participants are given basic introduction of this meditation in the beginning followed by guided mediation and meditation with recorded music (flute, sitar, etc.). Participants are encouraged to ask questions at the end of the meeting.
