Join us for this in-person workshop to learn the ABCs of Leasing Commercial Real Estate
In this ABCs of Leasing Commercial Real Estate session, participants will learn to understand the key provisions of a commercial lease, the various ways that rent can be calculated in a commercial lease, provisions for build out and improvements for a building space and how to negotiate lease and renewal terms. Presented by the Latino Economic Development Center-LEDC
