Join Science Connections to learn about the food you eat!

The holiday season is coming and that means lots of delicious food!  Most of the time we eat our food without thinking about the science behind what we are eating.  Join Science Connections for a program all about food science. Learn:

-How salt can be important in making ice cream

-How to make edible juice bubbles with brown seaweed

-How to separate the curds and why in milk

What  you learn will give you something to talk about at your family holiday dinners!

Registration required.  For ages 6 and up.
