In addition to being a retired Assistant Area Director at the Long Island Area OSHA Office, a certified Occupational Safety and Health Technologist and a consultant in the field of labor law and safety, John M. Bednarik is also an assistant director of a children's meditation camp in Virginia. John has been practicing mediation for over 30 years, and will introduce you to basic mediation techniques that can improve the quality of everyday life, by reducing stress, improving health, and looking at life…. possibly in a different way.
