Join Day Eight, a D.C.-based arts nonprofit and publisher, in celebrating The Great World of Days, a new anthology edited by local poets Gregory Luce, Anne Becker, and Jeffrey Banks, and featuring 56 poets, many of them from the Washington, D.C. area. The book documents births, breakups, deaths, abuse, healing, sex, sexuality, and more. Poems included in the book were first published in the magazine Bourgeon, a project of Day Eight founded in 2005 by Robert Bettmann.
The poetry reading will take place in the first floor meeting room at the Rockville Library
