Forgiveness means freeing yourself from the past. Often, the biggest challenges in life come from the mind's disturbances – persistent thoughts, regrets, fears, worries, and long-held grudges. Meditation deepens your understanding of yourself and others, awakens your consciousness, and connects you to your personal inner peace. It opens the door to being able to forgive both yourself and others.

Please join Brian Waterloo, a long-time meditator, as he reveals how meditation can transform our lives and bring us the peace and serenity we all seek.

Brian Waterloo is a sales director for a national food distribution company, and a graduate of Chicago’s DePaul University. Brian has been practicing meditation for over 12 years, and has seen tremendous benefit in his personal, professional, and spiritual life. He has taught meditation to adults and children, as well as facilitating immersive retreats. Brian loves to meditate and is grateful for the good fortune to share this amazing gift with others.
