Katie Quinn is the author of Cheese, Wine, and Bread: discovering the magic of fermentation in England, Italy and France. She will provide an image-rich presentation of her food-focused journey.

Take a delicious trip through Europe and dive into the world of three culinary favorites - cheese, wine, and bread with Katie Quinn, author of Cheese, Wine, and Bread: discovering the magic of fermentation in England, Italy, and France.

Katie spent months as an apprentice to some of Europe's most acclaimed experts in the arts of cheese, wine, and bread making. In this image-rich presentation, Katie will introduce us to people and places that are keeping these crafts alive.

After attending Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, Katie Quinn became an acclaimed author, multi-media food journalist, probing podcaster, and inspiring presenter. Katie Quinn has been a guest on NBC’S TODAY Show, ABC’s Good Morning America, and The Rachael Ray Show talking about the joys of cheese, wine, and bread.
