If you enjoy making music with others, be sure to join this popular participatory musical event!
Do you like to sing? Do you miss singing with others? Join MCPL Librarian Cissie Williams, her husband and local musician, Bill Williams, and musical daughter, Molly, for an afternoon of singing and playing together. Bring along your guitar, uke, egg shakers, other instruments, or no instruments, to sing and play familiar and new songs for the very young, the very old, and the very in between. YOU PICK THE SONGS from our song list, then sing together with your neighbors, family, friends, community. If you enjoy making music with others, find a comfy spot on your couch to harmonize, melodize, sing loudly, whistle, hum, or just strum along! LYRICS TO ALL SONGS will be posted on screen as we sing, along with song key and chords if you're playing along at home.
