These are 30 minute sessions. After registering you will be contacted the day before with your assigned half-hour time slot.
These sessions will use Zoom and will require downloading the app to whichever device you choose to use for the session. You do not need to create an account with Zoom in order to attend a session.
For security reasons, each program session will be locked 5 minutes after it begins. Please log in promptly.
