Do you know why iron is added into fortified food? How much does it contain? How does iron help hemoglobin fix oxygen in red blood cells? What's the link between iron in red blood cells and anemia?

Students will figure out the answers while measuring how much iron is added as a
supplement in different cereals in this hands on experience. Come learn and have fun!
