Integral Tai Chi is a series of exercises and relaxation techniques that combine yoga, Tai Chi Qi Gong and meditation into a self-healing system that integrates body, mind, and spirit.
In preparation for the class please remember the following:
- Bring your own yoga/exercise mat towel and water.
- Don't have dinner before you come. It's difficult to exercise with a full stomach.
- Wear comfortable clothes for stretching and exercising.
- Come early so that the session can begin on time.
