Join us for an author talk with Donna Miranda Caldwell about her memoir, War & Pieces.
Spanning the golden age of modeling, the grit of hotel operations, and the hard-won wisdom of a life fully lived, Author Donna Miranda Caldwell has brought her multifaceted life story to life in her memoir War & Pieces. Join us for a spirited talk with Donna, where we will talk about her work, life, and inspirations. She will also discuss working on her second book, If She Were on Fire I Would Roast Marshmallows, a collection of humorous tales about the trials and tribulations of daily hotel operations anchored by amusing guest comments and the rise of social media in hotels and the travel industries.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
