Drop by and learn what Montgomery College has to offer: Dual Enrollment, Early College, Middle College, and Jumpstart degree and pathway programs including rising 9th graders, help with the application process, how to find financial aid to pay for college, class registration, workforce development, placement tests, youth programs for teens, tweens, and children, ESOL classes, degrees and certificates including the biotechnology AAS degree and certificates, trade degrees and certificates in areas such as Heating and Air Conditioning, electrical, and carpentry, Information Technology classes, Lifelong Learning programs, the East County Education Center and so much more!

Hear what the college course offerings are, get answers about test prep, or learn about what opportunities they offer in regard to various certification needs.

Montgomery College Office of Community Engagement will be at the information table in the 3rd Floor lobby of McGee Library to answer your questions.

Interested in careers in science, food service jobs or agriculture? Celebrate Civic Awareness Month at Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library on Wednesday, September 23 from 4-5 PM - discover STEM careers, internships & volunteer opportunities, ask questions, make art, earn SSL, and help our community and the Little Free Seed Library of downtown Silver Spring's urban farm, Koiner Farm! This SSL opportunity will take place in McGee Library's 3rd Floor Meeting Room. For ages 11 and up! Learn about the Charles Koiner Conservancy for Urban Farming and Koiner Farm's incredible history and current role empowering, feeding and teaching our vibrant community.
