African drumming class for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their care partners.
Join us for a hands-on experience with African drums! Learn to play the drums from an experienced professional.
Join Uasuf Gueye for an engaging drumming experience that is dynamic, accessible, and full of joy! Through rhythm and learning, this class fosters connection and community. Uasuf’s encouraging nature and passion for sharing African culture makes every session a celebration of togetherness.
Care partners are also welcome to attend and participate in the class for a truly collaborative experience. Having a care partner is not required to attend, individuals are also welcome!
Presented by instructor Uasuf Gueye and Carpe Diem Arts!
Class is limited to 30 people

This Drum Workshop will meet on these dates:
- Tuesday October 6 from 11am-12pm
- Tuesday October 13 from 11am-12pm
- Tuesday October 20 from 11am-12pm
- Tuesday October 27 from 11am-12pm
- Tuesday November 10 from 11am-12pm
- Tuesday November 17 from 11am-12pm
