Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives and some common pitfalls regarding estate planning will be discussed. Come to learn and bring your questions!

The Chevy Chase Library elevator currently out of service and undergoing modernization replacement. This program is held in the downstairs meeting room, and it is only accessible by the stairs.

   - Why joint ownership and beneficiary designations aren't enough.

   - Common mistakes people make (even with a will) and how to avoid them.
   - Simple steps you can take immediately to better protect your family.

Free and open to the public.  No registration is required.
