Teen Advisory Board (TAB)
Saturday, September 12
1:30pm - 3:00pm
Join us at the library for some fun opportunities to earn SSL hours. This month we will be putting together some monstrously cute pencil cases for teens and some apple stress balls.
The Chevy Chase Library elevator is currently out of service and undergoing modernization replacement. This program will be held in the downstairs meeting room, and it will only be accessible by the stairs.
Each month we gather to discuss how to improve teen services at MCPL and work on service projects. We offer free snacks, SSL hours, and often have guest speakers from the community on teen interests. Details about events are listed at least a month before the TAB meeting. This month we will be putting together some hand sewn monster take and make kits and some apple stress ball take and make kits made from sand and balloons.
Please fill out this volunteer form if you have not already and bring to the program. The form needs to be signed by a parent or guardian. If you have already submitted a form, you do not need another one.
Come to the library and enjoy snacks, and earn SSL hours.
Location: Chevy Chase Library, Meeting Room (lower level)
