Dive into winter with a trip to the deep blue sea! Space is limited, registration required. Ages 6-10.

Dive into winter with a trip to the deep blue sea! Join Science Connections as we explore the mysteries of the ocean, from sunlit shallows to the dark depths below. We'll investigate ocean chemistry, meet fascinating sea creatures, and discover how salt water shapes life beneath the waves. Along the way, learn about ocean ecosystems and why our oceans matter for the whole planet. Grab your imaginary snorkel — this is one winter adventure that doesn't require a coat!

Registration required.  Register online or call 240-773-9550 beginning 3 weeks before the event.  For children ages 6 - 10.  Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
