Teen SpaceA four-week course introducing students ages 11–17 to the exciting world of robotics, engineering, and STEM.
This program is hosted by Hosted by FTC Team 24219 Duck Robotics. As a FIRST World Championship qualifying team and winner of nine awards during the season, Duck Robotics is passionate about inspiring the next generation of innovators through hands-on learning and real-world engineering experiences.
Who Should Attend? No prior robotics, coding, or STEM experience is required. This program is designed for students who are curious about technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to explore engineering, robotics, and innovation in a fun, supportive environment.
Students are strongly encouraged to attend all four sessions to receive the full learning experience, although they are welcome to register for individual sessions if space permits.
If possible, students are encouraged to bring their own laptop, but we provide laptops if students cannot bring their own for any reason.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
